Brian W. Jagger

Education

Brian earned his Bachelor of Music degree from Queen's University, his Master of Music degree in Composition from the University of British Columbia, and his Doctor of the Musical Arts degree in Composition from the University of Michigan.

Awards and Achievements

Brian has won awards from the CBC for his orchestral piece "When Worlds Collide" and for his string quartet "Quanta". He has also won an award from SOCAN for his solo flute piece "4 etudes".

Before attending university, Brian earned his Grade 10 piano from the Royal Conservatory in Toronto.
